Completion of the Power of Attorney provided in the download link is necessary for RWS to act as your designated agent.  Upon completion, keep a copy of the signed POA and the attached Terms and Conditions for your records.  Return the signed POA by fax - (281)590-2233 or email to R.W. Smith so we may proceed with the processing of your transaction.
